The hotel is a lovely little place with a picturesque view of the harbor. It's in the best possible setting, close to the center with lots of bars and restaurants nearby. The double room had very clean beds. The staff were very professional and incredibly helpful, providing exceptional service. it was a very pleasant experience.

the rooms were new-fashioned and airy, and the bathroom was good size with a bath. the entire staff were great and kind.

We had an excellent stay in September. The triple room was nicely decorated with a partial harbour view.- The location was amazing - close to everywhere we wanted to go.

The view from our window was pretty rubbish, lots of air condition systems and extractor fans, last time we stayed we had much better view.

The location was best possible, close to Temple Protestant. The breakfast was marvellous with real cheese instead of pre packed cheese, freshly squeezed juice and a view of the harbour, the staffing teams were very professional and delightfully helpful❤

I had a fantastic stay in September. Pleasant location and clean place. I truly enjoyed the lovely and unobtrusive staff. Position was fabulous, close to station. Good restaurents recommended by reception staff who were helpful and courteous.

Breakfast was terrible. Taxis hard to find. Had to walk from station with cases to hotel. Fortunately it was only a kilometre or so.

good postiion on the guay, though smelly if you're above Andre restaurant.

The lounge / bar area was a disappointment. Very sterile atmosphere and the "bar" was just an unmanned desk with a few bottles behind it in the Reception area. Also, no toilets in the reception area. Breakfast far too dear at 11.5 euros, when all the outside cafe/bars were 5.80 euros.

We were amazed by the stunning view from our room, which was spacious with a nice bathroom featuring a good bathtub, and the staff here is exceptional with a keen eye for details.

Breakfast room was pretty bleak, so we opted to go and eat elsewhere. There was a terrace but we couldn't use it

All staff were friendly & knowledgeable. The location is superb.

I stayed here for one night and loved it. The staff was great and kind, providing assistance.- The breakfast was very good, for example, with real cheese instead of pre-packed cheese.- The hotel had a great and brilliant location close to many main attractions.

The service was terrific with parking close to the hotel.

Probably couldnt get a better location in La Rochelle. If all you require is a functional , clean and tidy base to visit La Rochelle this is ideal.

I felt an extra €12 per evening for having a dog was excessive. Especially as the hotel only notified us of this after we'd made a non cancellable booking. Id also say its quite expensive for a room only basis.
